Working Pattern: Part-Time

Working Hours: Average 23 hours per week

Rota: 3 weekly rolling rota (1 in 3 weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Admissions: Setting up electronic and paper files/folders
  • Updating notice boards with relevant information
  • Managing and updating weekly admissions and discharges lists
  • Producing bed occupancy reports
  • Printing and maintaining stock of necessary paperwork
  • Labelling client equipment
  • Coordinating communication between departments
  • Assisting social workers with generating contracts and standard letters

Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

  • Familiarity with Liquid Logic or similar systems
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
