- Provide administrative support to the central operations team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organise and maintain digital and physical records
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Data entry into internal & external systems
- Liaise with departmental and company-wide staff on administrative matters
- Support the team with project management duties as required
- Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with suppliers
