We are working with Bolton Council to find an Administrator on a temporary basis.Job Type: Part-time (30 hours per week) All day Monday-ThursdayLocation: Castleton Street, Tonge Moor, Bolton, BL2 2JWHourly rate: £12.25 per hour PAYELength of role: Initial 3 months We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave. The role encompasses a variety of statutory duties, including the coordination of Child Protection conferences and the management of related communications and records.Day to Day of the role:-          Prepare and send out invitation letters for Child Protection conferences, including verifying attendees and booking rooms.-          Re-arrange conferences as required and send updates to attendees.-          Collate requests for reports, ensuring they are received in time for the relevant conference.-          Send out notifications of discontinued or stepped-down plans.-          Check GP involvement and update records accordingly.-          Action Transfer-in requests.-          Monitor the Child Protection Unit inbox, dealing with and signposting any queries as required.-          Add and update case notes to the relevant child’s record on the Liquid Logic database.Required Skills & Qualifications:-          Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar setting.-          Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.-          Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.-          Proficiency in using office software and databases, experience with Liquid Logic is advantageous.-          Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.-          A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
