We are working with Bolton Council to find a Project Support Officer on a temporary basis.Location: Bolton, BL1 1RJJob Type: Full-timeHourly rate: £15.24 per hourLength of role: Initial 2 months Join our Development and Regeneration team in Bolton as a Project Officer, focusing on Enterprise, Employment, and Skills.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:-          Organise and deliver support programmes to grow the employment and business base of Bolton through proactive outreach and engagement with partners.-          Design services that are responsive to client needs and appealing to priority groups.-          Provide accurate and timely performance and financial information to managers and funders.-          Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to enhance the products and services offered.-          Serve as the first point of contact for clients and projects promoting employment and enterprise within the borough.-          Maintain relationships with clients and service providers to ensure services address needs, make the best use of resources, and achieve strategic targets.-          Manage information systems to record client requirements and outcomes, providing performance reports as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:-          Ability to deliver information and advice through various formats and settings, winning trust and coordinating service provision to meet client needs.-          Initiative and independence in planning, implementing, and managing complex projects on time and within budget.-          Strong negotiation skills and conflict management abilities.-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting solutions and performance to diverse audiences.-          Proficient in using technology to update management information systems and produce reports.
