Have you got an Enhanced DBS check? Would you like to support the NHS with Administration for Flu Vaccinations in Primary Schools? We have a 5 week temp role for a Schools Coordinator to support the Nasal Flu Vaccinations project for local primary schools in Bolton, Bury and Wigan. This is an immediate opportunity. Paying 13.17 per hour, with mileage and expenses paid back for travel.

Full safeguarding and training courses are provided before you start. You MUST be a driver as you will have the opportunity to work across different locations and schools.

What will you be doing as a Schools Coordinator?

  • Supporting with compliance and checking of forms - making sure addresses, names are correct
  • Inputting data on a system and updataing children's records
  • Offering any reassurance to children who will be taking the vaccinations
  • Attending main branch for 7:30am to collect cooler bags with forms and nasal vaccinations for the day then heading to the schools to meet up with the nurses to support the vaccination session
  • Once the vaccinations have taken place, pack up and collect all packs and return back to the Bolton Base
  • Polo shirts will be issued free of charge as a uniform

What skills and experience will you need as a Schools Coordinator?

  • The ideal candidate will have worked in Administration, Education, have been a Site Supervisor for a Covid Site or Medical Administration roles
  • You will have an Enhanced or Basic in date DBS check, or happy to pay for the application of one to expand on your work opportunities within the public sector
  • You LOVE working in a fast paced and reactive environment
  • Enjoy having variety in your role
  • Are a driver with your own transport
