Account Manager

Location: Bolton

Salary: 24k-26k per annum plus commission

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Our client is seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Account Manager to join a passionate and motivated team.

As an Account Manager you will be:

  • Answering inbound calls as well making outbound calls, from warm leads
  • Responsive to email correspondence and enquiries
  • Building relationships with customers (B-B and B-C)
  • Create personalised emails to engage prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams
  • Building an excellent rapport with customers delivering a 1st class service
  • Sending out promotional literature, informing existing customers of new incentives and events
  • Completing all relevant paperwork and administration

Skills / Experience / Attributes:

  • It is preferable to be a car owner driver to occasionally visit clients or attend any work events / or, no car required for an in-house Account Manager
  • Ideally you will have at least 1- 2 years sales, account management or customer service with upselling experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A confident and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (In person and over the telephone)
