Description
As the Quality Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
- Develop and implement quality standards for industrial/manufacturing processes
- Conduct audits, create reports, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to set in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
- Train manufacturing teams on new processes and standards
- Monitor all operations that affect quality and provide feedback
- Evaluate the final product's overall performance, reliability, and safety
- Be involved in planning and implementing quality control and inspection systems
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Certified training in Quality Control and Performance Management
- Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial processes
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CAD software
- Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of 35,000 - 45,000 per year
- Up to 18% Pension
