Description

As the Quality Engineer you will be tasked with the following;

  • Develop and implement quality standards for industrial/manufacturing processes
  • Conduct audits, create reports, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to set in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Train manufacturing teams on new processes and standards
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality and provide feedback
  • Evaluate the final product's overall performance, reliability, and safety
  • Be involved in planning and implementing quality control and inspection systems
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Certified training in Quality Control and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CAD software
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
