Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to deliver Stock Condition surveys in Bolton.
Key job requirements include:
- Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects and producing life cyclecostings
- Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports
- Inputting data on site and at home
We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor with excellent personal and communication skills.
You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to be successful with your application.
250 to 300 per day on a per survey rate basis and 12 month contract
