A fantastic organisation, who have key finance offices based in Bolton are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Clerk to cover a period of maternity.

Description

• Cash collection, obtain settlement dates, maintain cashflow
• Maintain and build relationships
• Resolve queries internally and externally
• Liaising with customers
• Credit note processing
• Process and reconcile incoming funds
• Daily cash allocation
• Account reconcilliations

Profile

• Excellent communication skills at varying levels
• Previous knowledge working in a similar role
• Knowledge of cash collection and building relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Confident user of Excel
