Job Description:

We are seeking a Reconciliations Analyst to join our newly established Reconciliation team, responsible for conducting daily cash and stock reconciliations between our accounting and custody platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience as a Reconciliation Analyst, as well as recent graduates looking to start their career in finance.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all reconciliations are undertaken promptly and accurately within agreed timeframes.

Liaising with Third Party Providers to obtain information and query any differences or missing information.

Working to defined Process Management guidelines to achieve agreed SLAs.

Participate in team meetings & look for ways to improve service and processes.

To assist the wider team with 'ad-hoc’ projects and in other tasks.

Acquire, expand and retain sound product knowledge of relevant company products and awareness of their attributes and rules.

To act in accordance with the Company’s operating and compliance procedures at all times and to bring any potential or actual breaches to the immediate attention of the Team Leader.

Management of static data.

Client reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Previous reconciliation experience (preferable but not essential)

numerical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
