Customer Account Manager (B2B)Bolton£26,530 plus Bonus

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful international business in the Bolton area in a key, customer facing role!

As Customer Account Manager, you will manage customer projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met whilst offering first class customer service and enhancing the customer experience!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end to end delivery of customer projects in a range of global locations
  • Oversee project budgets and inventory management
  • Be the first point of contact for the customer, answering any queries and resolving issues swiftly
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, liaising with teams such as Purchasing, Logistics and Warehousing to ensure a seamless operation
  • Provide first class customer service, building strong relationships with long term customers and ensuring a positive customer experience leading to excellent client retention rates

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role within a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of building long term relationships with key customer accounts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Very high level of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in an extremely busy role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous experience working in the medical device, pharma or healthcare industry would be an advantage
