What you will be doing as an Account Manager:Working from their offices on the outskirts of Bolton, you will be managing the existing client accounts of a range of well known companies across the UK. Duties will include:

  • Arranging and attending regular customer review meetings, both face to face and via video
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address key business issues and opportunities
  • Gaining an understanding of the customers business requirements to help create a relevant strategy
  • Arranging and providing demonstrations
  • Developing and growing the customer base to maximise revenues and opportunities
  • Promoting new offerings to the existing customer base
  • Quoting and pricing
  • Working closely with the sales team
  • Engaging and closing all renewals from the existing customer base

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar account management role dealing with and developing existing customers or possibly a field sales executive looking to move away from a commissioned sales role to focus on relationships
  • Full current driving licence with your own vehicle (mileage expenses paid)
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong relationship building skills
