I am currently looking to reccruit for an experienced Book-Keeper for a SME company based in Bolton. Excellent transport links but also free parking.
Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a varied role which would suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and "mucking" in where needed. Duties will include
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Maintaining the purchase ledger
- Raising invoices from completed job cards
- Allocating payments received to accounts
- Credit control where needed
- Preparing VAT returns
- Maintaining the depreciation ledger
- Accruals and prepayments
- Running month end reports
- Using xero accounting
