You will be responsible for:

Leading the integration of SAP systems, with a focus on SAP Quality Management (QM) and supporting software changes and testing.
Using business intelligence and analytics tools to identify and prevent quality issues, leveraging predictive analytics to drive innovation.
Managing user support and providing training on SAP systems and quality management tools.
Driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Leading the development and deployment of new tools and dashboards to enhance quality management.

About You:As a Product Quality Specialist, your skills and qualifications will include:

Operational experience in product quality management.
Experience working in an aerospace or defence engineering business (preferred but not essential).
Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP QM / SAP HANA, with project and change management experience (beneficial but not essential).
Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
