Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic change and maturing the Business Analysis function over the next few months. This is a Senior role, looking for someone to come in, work closely with the Head of Transformation and help build out the Business Analysis Function.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving outcomes that align with organisational goals. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operational teams.
- Lead and manage complex transformation and change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Work with the Head of Transformation to build out the Business Analysis team over the coming months.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
- Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Champion the people side of change, applying change management principles to support adoption and minimise resistance.
What you bring:
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk, change, and resource management within complex projects.
- Working knowledge of business analysis and its role in delivering successful projects.
- Expertise in business transformation, digital change, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
The role is offering up to £60,000, with 1-2 days a week required on site in Bolton (with the rest WFH).
