We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Lead Qualifier/Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to businesses, promote our services, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities will include business development tasks such as prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities, as well as managing accounts effectively.

Key responsibilities consist of:

  • Manage all aspects of account management.
  • Initiate outbound calls to promote company services to businesses.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Update relevant data daily .
  • Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the company database.

A successful Telemarketing Executive should have:
