- Manage all aspects of account management.

- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Update relevant data daily .
- Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
