Our client, an innovative organisation located in Bolton, is seeking a Business Coordinator to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you!

It's an exciting role, no two days will be the same and a lot to learn with support and occasional travel to events and board meetings. Their parent company is based in London where you will arrange group conferences twice a year which are social events that all employees attend.

What You'll Do:

As a Business Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our client's operations, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with support from an encouraging team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Heavy Administration Tasks: Manage a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Finance Management: Utilise Excel for forecasting, handling spreadsheets, running reports and managing invoicing and payments from contractors.
  • Customer Service: Engage with stakeholders, public sector professionals, councils and emergency services. Liaise with contractors regarding tenders and project inquiries.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Event Management: Assist in organising events and represent the company on the ground at various stands and functions.
