?? Join our client's organisation as an interim Facilities Development Manager and make a positive impact on their multi-site Family Hub centres. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute both strategically and operationally to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children, families, and professionals.

????? You will be responsible for developing a Facilities Improvement Plan, overseeing health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, managing relevant projects, and optimising facilities budgets. Additionally, you will lead a team of support staff, driving high performance and anticipation of service needs.

�? Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Facilities Improvement Plan
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage relevant projects
  • Manage facilities budgets to maximise resources
  • Lead a high-performing team of support staff
  • Provide timely and effective support to meet service needs
  • Participate in on-call duties and occasional weekend work

? Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in premises and project management
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in project management, business planning, and performance management
  • Ability to generate income through leasing and event room hire
  • Excellent organisational and ICT skills
  • Effective stakeholder management and influence
