DBR Group, acting as an employment business are recruiting for Class 1 Drivers for our clients in the Greater Manchester area, including Bolton, Wigan, Warrington, Heywood, Rochdale and Middleton.
Who are DBR Group?
DBR Group are a very well-established Driving and Industrial agency. We have been supplying drivers to businesses across Greater Manchester for 22 years.
Chris and Rebecca run the driving desk, Chris used to drive Class 1s, and has been doing recruitment for over 10 years. Rebecca has been doing driving recruitment for over 15 years.
Yes, the work that we recruit for is generally temporary agency work.
No, we cannot guarantee the length of any assignment that we offer you.
Yes, you can become regular at the same client.
Yes, clients sometimes look to employ our drivers.
Yes, we work hard to ensure that you are working when you want to be working.
Yes, we treat you with respect and we are very honest about how we operate.
Yes, we have a sense of humour.
No, we dont give you 27 chances if you continually fail to turn up to a job.
What do we pay?
As a PAYE Driver, our rates are generally based on the below:
Days
Standard up to 8 hours from £15.00 per hour
Overtime over 8 hours from £22.50 per hour
Weekend from £18.00 per hour to £22.00 per hour
Nights
Standard up to 8 hours from £16.00 per hour
Overtime over 8 hours from £24.00 per hour
Weekend from £20.00 per hour to £24.00 per hour
*We do have some clients that pay slightly less, and we do have some clients that pay slightly more, but generally, theyre our rates*
What are we looking for?
We are looking for Class 1 drivers that have the following attributes:
Hard working
Honest
Reliable
Polite
Can dress appropriately.
