Manchester Staff are thrilled to be working with a client expanding its Field Sales team across the UK. This role focuses on selling loss assessor services to property owners, particularly after incidents like fires or floods. Roles and responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of the company, meeting property owners affected by incidents such as fires or floods. Your role involves signing clients up to loss assessor services, managing claims processes, and ensuring they receive the best possible insurance settlements. This is a face-to-face role, that requires regular travel across the UK. Success in this role depends on your ability to build trust with clients and effectively manage their insurance claims from start to finish.

The successful Field Sales Executive:

Essential:

  • 2 years’ experience in Sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Cold calling experience and a consultative approach
  • Resilience and perseverance
  • Excellent standards of personal presentation

Desirable:

  • Face to face sales experience
  • Money-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with CRM systems
