What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Key Account Manager (or Client Manager, as we call it internally), you’ll be at the heart of our sales process – driving growth and success. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking for a fresh challenge, if you’ve got energy, ambition, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Here's a glimpse of what your role will look like:

  • Engage and Build Relationships: You'll be connecting with small business owners (warm leads!) and guiding them through the business sale process, with the ultimate goal of securing their business listing with us.
  • Close the Deal: Seal the deal and secure instructions by expertly negotiating contracts and fees.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Offer advice and support to clients in a discreet, empathetic manner.
  • Stay in the Know: Keep clients updated on any exciting developments or sales within their sector.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Liaise with our Commercial Directors across the UK to deliver exceptional service.

  • Early Fridays!: Work 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday, but on Fridays, we wrap up by 3pm – no weekends, no evenings!
