Overview

This new position within Orseal Ltd will be responsible for building and managing the future business development strategy focused on increased sales and new business opportunities for the Stockzone division of Orseal Ltd. The New Business Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Orseals customer base and product ranges ensuring a strong presence in the markets that Stockzone operates in.

Role brief

Orseal Ltd are looking for an ambitious and driven New Business Sales Manager to help Orseal expandits clientele and product ranges. The successful applicant will havethe skill sets and dedication to create and apply an effective increased sales focus to match the future growth strategy planned for the business.

The key objective of this role is to drivesustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong working relationships with current and new clients. Experience from already holding a similar position and achieving comparable results would be a prerequisite to this recruitment being successful.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve forecasted growth and sales targets by a planned and agreed growth strategy.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that will expand Orseals Stockzone customer base and product ranges, ensuring a strong Orseal presence in its current and any potential new markets.
  • Have the ability to plan future recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring within the Stockzone division.
  • Promote and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and providing a 100% client-driven understanding of their needs.
  • Present sales results, margin, opportunities, and realistic forecasts to the management team monthly. Quarterly reports to the Orseal Board of Directors will also form part of this role and will need to be prepared and circulated prior to each meeting.
  • The ability to keep abreast of and identify new emerging markets and opportunity trends and also be aware of new products and any competition threats/opportunities.

Requirement and skill sets

  • Applicants should have gained previous experience of selling into the valve and flow control market sector.
  • The successful candidate will need to provide clear evidence of their experience gained and successes in similar markets to that of Orseal Ltd.
  • A driven skill set and determination to succeed in developing future growth in Orseal Ltd Stockzone division.
  • Proven workingexperience as a new business sales manager, sales executive, or a similar demanding role.
  • Customer centric management skill set.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience of CRM software would be preferred.
  • Market knowledge of Orseal Stockzone and similar product ranges.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiationskills.
  • Time management and planning skill sets are a key requirement of this role.
  • Qualifications in business management, sales, marketing, or any other relevant field would be viewed positively for this position.
