What this role is all about:

As a Sales Executive, your primary goal will be to expand sales opportunities within your panel of Key Account Brokers. You’ll engage in both virtual and in-person meetings, proactively identifying sales opportunities and discussing my clients unique selling points align with the needs of the Brokers’ clients. You’ll deliver regular product training and serve as the go-to person for Broker support and advice. You’ll collaborate closely with your Business Development Manager and the wider Key Accounts Team.

Key Actions

  • Engage with Brokers: You’ll proactively and regularly host conversations with your panel of brokers, whether from a shared panel or your own individual panel, to identify sales opportunities. You’ll ensure Sales Force is updated to reflect the status of these opportunities.
  • Sales Expertise: As a Key Accounts Business Consultant, you’ll excel in objection handling, relationship building, and influencing/persuading techniques, given the sales-based nature of the role.
  • Daily Point of Contact: You’ll be the key point of contact for your brokers daily, establishing and developing internal relationships to ensure quick and swift responses to their queries.
  • Product and System Knowledge: You’ll have a full understanding of the clients product range and USPs
  • Competitor Awareness: Knowledge of our main competitors’ products, cover options, offers, and USPs is crucial, along with a basic understanding of the wider healthcare market.
  • Support and Collaboration: You’ll support a Business Development Manager in growing the Key Accounts panel, working closely with the Key Accounts Sales Team Manager.
