Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Bolton
Salary: 21K (Negotiable)
Hours of Work: 9-5
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying potential clients, as well as scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives. You will be tasked with making outbound calls to leads, engaging in meaningful conversations, and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.
Duties of a Telemarketing
In this role you will be working in the sales team to ensure high quality skills. Reporting to the operations manager. What you will be doing day to day:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for field sales representatives.
- Qualify leads, gather essential information, and ensure optimal utilization of the sales team's time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate effective follow-up and maximize conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment booking targets.
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and persistent, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales.
