The Role:

My client within the FMGC industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic business opportunities.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Experience from an FMCG or similar industry
