We are seeking a passionate and committed Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our children's care home in Bolton, BL3.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our children.

  • Safeguarding and promoting the well-being of the children.
  • Building positive relationships with the children, their families, and external agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience working in a children's residential care setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
