We are seeking a passionate and committed Team Leader or Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team at our children's care home in Bolton, BL3.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise and leadership skills to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people in our care.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of residential support workers.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our children.
- Developing and implementing individual care plans.
- Safeguarding and promoting the well-being of the children.
- Building positive relationships with the children, their families, and external agencies.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience working in a children's residential care setting.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
