  • Project manage the delivery of large and intricate reinstatement works following incidents such as fires and floods.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with adjusters, contractors, and policyholders.
  • Understand and deliver solutions that cater to the needs of loss adjusters and policyholders.
  • Communicate effectively, ensuring stakeholders stay updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare timely reports and deal with Building Regulations, Party Wall and Planning requirements.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety in compliance with the CDM 2015 regulations.
**About You**Ideally, we are looking for you to be an experienced and adept Surveyor/Project Manager, Chartered MRICS/FRICS, and comfortable dealing with large-scale projects valued over £200K. You will be a team player, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service fully compliant with technical quality standards. Some of the key attributes and skills we are seeking include:
  • Adept in creating a collaborative environment, working harmoniously with colleagues
  • Proactive and organised, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • A sharp problem solver, foreseeing and resolving issues, responding to customer needs and client SLAs
  • Excellent communicator, managing multiple stakeholders with outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of both domestic and commercial buildings, adherence to best practices and regulations
  • Proficient understanding of Health & Safety/CDM legislation
  • A full UK driving licence, and a willingness to travel as and when required
