Brownlee Cale are recruiting for a Senior Admin/ Document Controller for a civil engineering contractor in Bolton.
Duties include the preparation and publication of documentation, as well as coordinating the storage, organisation and sharing of information.
- Work collaboratively with the projects teams, site assurance teams and asset integrators.
- Support staff on the Business Management System (BMS) document control and Sharepoint system.
- Set up project filing structures in Microsoft SharePoint and establish incoming and outgoing documentation processes; monitor and support the project teams to comply with the processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior admin or document control within an engineering or technical environment
- Highly organised with an attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritise the team’s workload and able to work effectively to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to document control would be of benefit
- Good interpersonal skills and team worker
Role will be primarily office-based with potential for hybrid working. 6 month temp role initially, with potential for permanent employment.
