1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in theSurveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Bolton and we are looking for 3Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this program.

Responsibilities/requirements will include

Stock Condition Surveying Experience

Experience with lodging EPCs

HHSRS Experience
