1st Select is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor/Domestic Energy Assessor for a contract in Bolton.
The role involves conducting detailed inspections of residential properties, both internally and externally.
Candidates should have experience in Stock Condition Surveying, lodging EPCs, and HHSRS.
The position offers flexible working hours and payment outside of IR35, with a salary of £35,000 per year.

Our client is a leading Consultancy in theSurveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Bolton and we are looking for 3Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this program.

Responsibilities/requirements will include

Stock Condition Surveying Experience
