- Assist the Senior National Account Manager in managing and developing relationships across customer accounts and throughout the internal business.
- Support the execution of sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for Senior NAM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Participate in regular account reviews and business planning sessions with customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
