- Serving as the primary customer contact, handling enquiries, technical advice, and order processing
- Reviewing enquiries, compiling and submitting quotations, and following up with customers to maximize order success
- Assisting with customer relationship management, including developing key accounts and maintaining accurate databases
- Supporting the Aftersales Department by collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and targets
- Performing additional duties, including price negotiations, invoicing, and updating marketing materials
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Previous experience in a technical sales role
- IT literacy skills with good knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel
