Project Manager

Site Based Project Manager – North West – Construction - £60,000 - £70,000 & Package

I am recruiting for a Site Based Project Manager to control new build and refurbishment construction projects in the North West. This is a strategic appointment which is due to repeat business with one of the leading construction contractors in the North West.

My client are a North West based general construction contractor that operate on a regional basis and turnover of almost £100M. They are in the process of strengthening their existing team and require a Site Based Project Manager.

Projects will be North West based and you will be expected to control a team of Site Managers, between 2 – 5 depending on the size of the projects, which can range from £5,000,000 - £20,000,000. You will have a proven track record of delivering new build and refurbishment projects, a structured career history.

You will have a collaborative management style and be a constant presence on site, you will liaise with each Site Manager and report to the visiting Operations Manager. You will forge close relationships with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients and your team.

• Proven ability to control projects between £5,000,000 - £20,000,000.
• Strong commercial knowledge
• Proven ability to establish relationships with key clients

• Construction and fit out experience
• Ability to build strong working relationships with on site staff
• Ability to manage teams of up to 5 Site Managers
