We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a challenging and rewarding contract role in Bolton, United Kingdom. This position involves managing healthcare construction builds and requires a dynamic professional capable of overseeing multiple projects. The role starts with an initial 6-month contract, with potential for flexible hybrid work arrangements as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing the construction and development of healthcare facilities - inclusive of mechanical & electrical packages
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
- Ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Travel to various project sites across the UK as needed.
- Initial requirement to work 3-4 days per week in the office.
- Potential to transition to hybrid working conditions.
- All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the client.
- £350pd Outside IR35
- Immediate start
