This Retailer are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Paid Social Manager to join their market-leading in-house Digital team. Reporting into a talented and supportive Head of Digital, you will work across all major and emerging paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat etc, managing the end to end Global performance campaigns spending 7 figure budgets along the way!
Working from an incredible, fully-kitted office space, you'll be surrounded by industry leading specialists to train, develop and upskill you in all areas of paid media. If you're a Senior Paid Social Executive or Manager, keen to develop yourself in a ‘hands on' role with the perfect balance of support & autonomy but haven't had the opportunity from your current employer to do so, this may be the opportunity for you!
Your day to day:
- Own and optimise large-scale budgets across META & TikTok, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Analyse audience data and GA insights to refine strategy and maximize campaign impact.
- Collaborate with CRM, Content, and SEO teams to align marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall growth.
- Strategically allocate budgets across multiple channels, audiences, and product lines to maximize returns.
- Leverage advanced segmentation using first-party data, behavioural insights, and demographic profiling to enhance targeting and engagement.
Your skills & background:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing high-budget paid social campaigns – either in house or agency side
- Proven track record of optimizing performance across META & TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with top-tier organizational and time management skills.
- A results-driven, growth-focused attitude that aligns with our brand's vision.
