As a Credit Hire Executive, you will be responsible for handling non-whiplash RTA cases, credit hire, and vehicle damage matters. You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of non-whiplash RTA cases, credit hire, and vehicle damage matters.
- Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court.
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PI/RTA Litigation Executive, ideally within a busy law firm.
- Strong knowledge of RTA/PI law and litigation procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire for professional growth.
- Litigation experience in both fast and multi-track matters is desirable.
