Description
- Cash collection, obtain settlement dates, maintain cashflow
- Maintain and build relationships
- Resolve queries internally and externally
- Liaising with customers
- Credit note processing
- Process and reconcile incoming funds
- Daily cash allocation
- Account reconcilliations
Profile
- Excellent communication skills at varying levels
- Previous knowledge working in a similar role
- Knowledge of cash collection and building relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confident user of Excel
