Our client is seeking experienced 1st Charge or 2nd Charge Mortgage & Protection Advisors and Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join their dynamic, exciting, and continuously expanding team.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in sales within a financial services role and hold a CeMAP qualification or working towards it.

Location: Bolton

Salary:25,500- OTE 35K - 45K +

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice on suitable mortgage options.
  • Assess clients' protection needs and recommend comprehensive solutions, including life insurance, critical illness coverage, and income protection.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' financial goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions.
  • Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and insurance offerings to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Mortgage advisory qualification - Full CeMAP ( desired but not essential )
  • Proven experience in mortgage advising and protection planning.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for mortgage applications.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related fields.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
