This is a NEW and EXCITING role - Starting in January 2025If you enjoy working direct with customers and providing outstanding customer service and administration then, this is the role for you.You will join a supportive team and become a valued member of the team !Overall Purpose of PostThe overall purpose of this post is to assist in answering customer calls and the co-ordination of the customers case,The post holder must possess good organisational skills, a working knowledge of Excel and Word would be an advantage.You will have a reasoned methodical approach in carrying out day to day activities,but also possess the ability to be able to look beyond the logical and challenge in a constructive manner.To be able to take ownership for your tasks and display a pride in your work.Core Duties and Responsibilities• Dealing with day to day administration tasks and telephone communication.• To be able to utilise data and interpret into EDGE ensuring 100% accuracy.• To be able to respond to client / defendant queries both verbally and in writing.• To use a series of reports to make amendments and changes to defendant cases on one-step.• To be deal with income and expenditure forms - setting defendants where appropriate into reasonable repayment plans in line with departmental process• To ensure a high standard of professional practice is met at all times• To ensure overall performance and targets are met reporting any issues to your line manager• To substitute other members of staff within the department as required
