Due to continued success in providing financial services to their enviable client back. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Group Risk.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Conduct regular assessments and participate in project related to enhancing systems and frameworks.
  • Support risk control and assessment processes, performing risk assessments, root cause analysis, and identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Develop strategies and tactics to mitigate identified risks and enhance the overall risk management framework
  • Prepare, review and maintain company policies, documentation and reports ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the implementation and development of compliance and risk training programs for employees
  • Manage and maintain information and data related to risk, governance, and compliance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security

You will have:

  • Previous experience in risk and compliance in a regulated environment, preferably in financial services sector or familiar with GDPR, AML, FCS, CIOT and HMRC regulations.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and analytical approach to seek performance gains
