The school and role
At our primary school, we are looking for a enthusiastic and devoted Nursery Teacher to join our outstanding Early Years team on a part-time basis. This role will be for Thursdays and Fridays in our vibrant, nurturing Nursery setting, which is part of our inclusive Early Years provision, including a 2-Year-Old Provision and two Reception classes.
You will be part of team where change is promoted and growth is advocated and we celebrate being unique and ourselves. Â
RequirementsÂ
To be considered for the Nursery Teacher role, you will:Â
- Work together to plan, adapt and deliver creative, engaging activities tailored to the needs of our Nursery children.
- Strengthen the children’s social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring they are confident and ready for their transition into Reception by the end of Nursery.
- Foster an inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every child feels valued.
- Work collaboratively with other Early Years staff to ensure consistency and excellence in our provision.
- Prioritise Communication, language and speech development across all areas of learning.
