Reeson Education is excited to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the BL1 area of Bolton. We're on the lookout for a committed Teaching Assistant to support Year 2 and Year 3 classes on a full-time, long-term basis.

This fantastic opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning journeys, with the potential to transition to a school contract for the right candidate.

The Teaching Assistant Role:

• Assisting the Year 2 and Year 3 class teachers with day-to-day classroom activities.
• Supporting pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Encouraging engagement, fostering confidence, and promoting positive behaviour.
• Full-time hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

What We're Looking For in the appointed teaching assistant:

• A dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education.
• Someone with the ability to commit to a full-time, long-term role and work all five weekdays.
• Experience in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
