Job Title: 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer
Location: Bolton, Manchester
Salary: 32,000 - 36,000 DOE

Our client, a growing IT solutions provider are looking for an experienced MSP Engineer to join their team. Dedicated to delivering exceptional technology and customer service that offer network management, server support, cloud solutions, GDPR and IT support to SME's across the North West.

Day-to-day:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support to a range of clients
• Handling escalations from 1st line team
• Assist in maintaining on-site servers including AD servers
• Management and support of VoIP technologies
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for network and system issues.
• Manage, configure and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls

Your experience:

• Office 365 & Applications inc SharePoint, Intune, PowerShell
• Veeam backups / others
• Active Directory / Group Policies
• On-prem Servers - Management (AD Servers/remote desktop servers)
• Cloud technologies and/or migrations - AWS/Azure
• Networks - Routers, Switches, Firewalls
• VoIP Systems
