Salary: 24,818.56 - 28,158 per annum depending on experience
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 38 hrs per week (Mon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 and Friday 07:30 to 12:50)

About The Role:
We are looking to expand our production team with the addition of assembly operatives working initially in our industrial manufacturing cell to produce large heating assemblies.
The right candidate will have experience of working within a manufacturing environment with heavy components and bespoke products.
Key activities for the role
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure output levels and quality standards are met.
- Assembling medium and large components into our products according to specifications.
- Conduct inline quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Final assembly inspection and test activities.
- Actively be involved with continuous improvement in your area supporting root cause analysis and containment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Provide cover for colleagues at any location throughout the factory as required in their absence to maintain output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
What we want you to have:
- Experience of cable work - cutting, stripping, crimping and terminating.
- To have worked in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with overhead cranes would be beneficial.
- Experience reading engineering drawings & measuring equipment.
- Good IT skills
