Morson are seeking a PCB Assembler with microelectronics experience to work in a manufacturing environment, responsible for detailed assembly and certification tasks. This position requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments, including Microelectronics, PEC Assembly, Looming, and Plastics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform standard manufacturing activities following defined procedures, quality, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the efficient flow of work and information within the manufacturing area.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
  • Work independently and meet production deadlines with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in microelectronics, particularly soldering under a microscope.
  • Ability to read and interpret layouts.
  • Dexterity for handling fine work.
  • PC literacy and capability to work across various departments.
  • Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shift patterns.

Work Pattern:

  • Full-time, onsite
  • Standard Days: Monday - Friday
  • 12-Hour Shifts: Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Friday (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
  • Night Shifts: Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts)

Security Clearance Required: BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)
