I am partnering exclusively with my fast growing client in their search for a Head of Talent. This is a brand new role where you will play a key role in the HR leadership team and will devise and implement a talent acquisition strategy at Group level, ensuring alignment with the wider business strategy.

Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:

  • Advising senior leadership on workforce planning, identifying future hiring needs and ensuring the talent acquisition processes align with the company's growth plans
  • Leading the Talent Acquisition team across the group, driving high performance
  • Overseeing relationships with all external recruitment partners
  • Working collaboratively to enhance the employer brand, raising the profile of the company externally
  • Creating talent pipelines, promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Evaluating and implementing recruitment technology and ATS systems to drive efficiencies
  • Staying ahead of trends in the recruitment industry
  • Implementing a set of recruitment metrics and reporting to key stakeholders

To be considered for this role it is essential that that you have a proven track record of leading a multi-regional HR team, influencing key stakeholders and executing a recruitment strategy at Group level. The ability to think strategically with an analytical mindset will also be useful for this role.
