Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class technical support, troubleshooting installation issues, and assisting customers during the go-live phase.
  • Conduct online and on-site training sessions across the UK, tailoring plans to meet specific client needs.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation to aid customer operations and internal processes.
  • Schedule and implement software upgrades for clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance service quality and resolve issues efficiently.

What Experience is Required

  • A strong background in technical support, ideally within EPOS or similar environments.
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (10, 11, Server OS), Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of MS SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and the ability to deliver training effectively.
