Finance Analyst

Due to the group’s continued success, we are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic people to join the KBS Corporate team at our modern head offices in Bolton.

About the Role

As a Finance Analyst you will work closely with the Document team and assist in the production of Information Memorandum documents for live business sales mandates. The Information Memorandum documents we prepare are the primary document used to motivate potential investors / buyers engaged in M&A Deal processes with our clients. They provide a descriptive snapshot of the businesses history, trading, current status and projected future position and contain detailed financial information and analysis relating to revenue and profits, both actual and forecasted.

This is a key role within the deal process and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to start or develop a career in mergers and acquisitions.

 The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and training and can expect to progress into a Corporate Deal Executive position within c.12 months.

About You

A degree in a business, management, administration or finance related subjects is desirable, however, we will provide you with full training upon joining us. 

We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and add to our established and dynamic team. Progression is possible within this role: handling bigger, more complex transactions and earning more commission.

Key skills required for the role are:

  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own time effectively in a deadline-orientated environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • IT literate – experience using basic Microsoft package essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
  • Love meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships

Experience:

  • Financial services and/ or an understanding of business and finance.
  • Customer service, long-term relationship building.
  • Full driving licence is preferable.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Salary £25,000 - £26,500
