About The Financial Analyst Role:
Working as part of a busy team, you will collate, assess, analyse and effectively report on data captured by the company with a primary focus on financial data and reporting, in order to help the company make informed business decisions. Duties will include:

Maintaining and improving the existing range of performance reports and Microsoft Power BI dashboards
Working to identify areas for better performance management information and develop new reports and dashboards
Updating and co-ordinating monthly financial reporting information in Excel
Providing other analytical and financial support as required by senior management
Co-ordinating and assisting with the capture and storage of data to use in performance reporting

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a similar Financial Analyst role
Accounting qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential
Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Power BI
A logical, inquisitive and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communicator with the ability to present complex data to non-finance managers
Confident and friendly character with the ability to build relationships
