About the role: 12 month maternity cover needed in the Bolton area, this interim role will be ideal for a candidate with prior experience in an analyst role. The business has a family feel, a culture of growing from within and looking for a quality individual to join their team
Key responsibilities:
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Assisting in smooth month-end processes, posting payments and accruals
- Analysis of large data sets
- Conducted detailed variance analysis to explain deviation from budgeted and forecasted. Recommending plans for potential discrepancies
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal budget holders and translating financial data
Ideal Candidate
- AAT
- IT proficient and skilled with excel
- Analytic and inquisitive
- Availability to start immediately
