As a First Charge Mortgage Case Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion.
- Reviewing and underwriting new cases according to lender criteria.

- Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing.
- Requesting information from third parties like mortgage companies and solicitors.
